SportKraft’s adjustable bench, handcrafted in Finland, is one of the strongest and highest quality models on the market, especially for gym use or at home, when you want the best!

The Premium adjustable bench is built to withstand very heavy use and has no weight limit. We have tested it with over 300kg bench presses and as a box for +400kg squats. Like all SportKraft benches, this one is also made to official dimensions, serving competitive athletes as well.

The 40kg physical weight of the adjustable bench speaks to its extremely sturdy construction. This adjustable bench is made from 3mm thick profile steel. Even though the bench could withstand very heavy loads with a lighter construction, we wanted to create a model that wouldn’t wobble or flex even during the most intense exercises!

The backrest of the bench is adjustable to 15 different positions. From flat to a fully upright position, so it also functions as a regular flat bench and an upright press bench. Note: In many adjustable benches, the adjustment is slightly insufficient, preventing the backrest from reaching a fully upright position, but this one does! The seat, on the other hand, is adjustable to 4 different positions.

Adjusting the angles is quick and easy with the quick-release lock. Pull the locking pin, turn the bench to your desired position, and it’s ready for use.

With angle adjustment, you can target your training precisely to the muscles you want to develop. An excellent product for effective training, enabling various exercise variations!

The bench is suitable for all pressing movements. You can use this adjustable bench for dumbbell presses, regular bench presses, and incline presses, for example. Additionally, you can perform box squats, bent-over rows, reverse flyes, hip thrusts, and step-ups.

The adjustable bench is especially suitable for use in power racks or, for example, squat racks that have separate hooks for bench pressing. This bench is also easily movable thanks to the wheels at the back, and there’s also a handle at the front to facilitate movement.

The comfortable, thick, and firm padding is covered with durable and easy-to-clean synthetic leather.
