The leg press has enough adjustments for everyone to find a suitable range of motion according to their height and to prioritize the desired muscle group for development. The footplate height can be adjusted to two different heights, the backrest can be adjusted to 6 different positions, and the footplate angle can be adjusted to 8 different positions. Additionally, the press has a footplate wide enough for a wide foot stance, with an impressive width of 130cm.
The frame has weight plate holders at the back that can store plenty of weight plates. The footplate has an anti-slip surface throughout, so you can safely keep your feet in any position without worrying about slipping.
The leg press is a versatile and effective gym equipment designed especially for strengthening leg muscles, such as thigh and glute muscles. The machine offers an excellent way to train the lower body safely and in a controlled manner. The user sits in the machine with their back and legs firmly in place, and weights can be used to adjust the resistance. In the leg press, the range of motion is straight and more stable, which reduces the risk of injury compared to free weights.
